The role…

You’ll be responsible for the building and maintaining client relationships!

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the management of several client accounts and their campaigns which will consist of SEO and PPC. As part of the day-to-day responsibilities you will assist with strategy, reporting, research and implementation of the client’s digital marketing campaigns.The role requires that you have the ability to communicate effectively with the rest of the team and with clients whether this is face-to-face meetings, by phone and via email.

It is also important to our success that we assist our team in every way possible through on-going training and support and we will do so from the outset. We are keen to find someone that would like to be part of a close-knit team that is willing to learn and develop their skills for a long-term career in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will know the importance of building rapport in order to form a professional relationship and have a proven track-record in doing so. For us it is not just about managing client expectations, it is about exceeding them. It is extremely important that each and every customer is given the highest priority and that they are seen as a long-term client with achievable and realistic goals set from the outset.

As an agency we have a strong client base and reputation with a solid rooting in the digital marketing sector, our primary focus is improving sales and generating business for our clients and we are looking for someone that has that same belief.

  • Proven experience in Telesales, face-to-face sales and networking.

Key skills:

  • Ability to focus on ensuring that all enquiries are nurtured and properly educated.
  • Ability to provide training to one or many. 
  • A passion to exceed expectations and build on previous performance.
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC and Websites is preferred.
  • A proven history of being able to use Microsoft Office software and associated applications.
  • Preference will be given to those who have held client facing roles.

Ideally, you will also have the following (but this is not essential):

  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Our London office is located in prestigious Level 39 at One Canada Square, Canary Wharf.

Job Type: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Salary: £22,000.00 to £30,000.00 /year plus OTE at 10% of the ongoing client value.

Location: Lancaster
