Every client is different — these are illustrative. Monthly retainer £2,000/mo → Your commission £200/mo £2,400 per year Monthly retainer £3,500/mo → Your commission £350/mo £4,200 per year Monthly retainer £5,000/mo → Your commission £500/mo £6,000 per year Refer more than one client and these compound. There's no ceiling on how many clients you can refer. ## How it works 1 ### Sign up as a partner Fill in the form below. We'll send your unique referral link within one business day. 2 ### Share your link Send your link to anyone you think would benefit from working with us. Or simply give them our name and mention you referred them. 3 ### Earn on every invoice Once they become a client, you earn 10% of every invoice we raise — automatically, for the lifetime of the relationship. 4 ### Get paid 30 days after we receive each payment, we send your commission by bank transfer. You'll receive a statement showing exactly what was earned and when. ## The terms — all of them We believe referral programmes should be transparent. Here's everything, plainly stated. % ### Commission rate 10% of every invoice raised to the referred client, net of VAT. ∞ ### Duration For the lifetime of the client relationship. If they stay for 5 years, you earn for 5 years. There is no cut-off date. 30 ### Payment timing 30 days after Novi Digital receives payment from the client. Not when the invoice is raised — when we are paid. 0 ### No threshold There is no minimum earnings threshold. Even a single commission is paid promptly by bank transfer. ↑ ### No cap You can refer as many clients as you like. There is no cap on the number of referrals or the total commission payable. ! ### Existing clients Referrals must be new clients with no prior contact with Novi Digital. We verify this before crediting a referral. ## Common questions Does the client need to use my link?+No. If they simply mention your name, or you let us know you referred them, that's sufficient. We match on a best-efforts basis. Your unique link makes tracking automatic, but it's not the only way. What counts as a qualifying invoice?+Any invoice raised to the referred client for our services — whether that's paid media management, strategy, or any other ongoing retainer. One-off projects below a minimum value may be excluded at our discretion. What happens if the client pauses or cancels?+Commission pauses when invoicing pauses. If the client returns and begins paying again, your commission resumes from that point. If the relationship ends permanently, commission ends with it. How will I know when a commission is paid?+We'll send you a statement by email for each commission payment, showing the client, invoice value, commission amount, and payment date. Is there a contract I need to sign?+No formal contract is required to begin. Our partner welcome email sets out the terms in plain English. If you'd prefer a signed agreement, we can provide one on request. Can I refer someone who contacted Novi independently?+If a prospect contacts Novi Digital independently before your referral, we're unable to credit the referral.
