novi.digital, a data-driven digital marketing firm currently operating out of Lancaster University’s prestigious InfoLab21, has begun 2017 with a thorough analysis of its own situation and a series of decisions designed to provide an even stronger service to existing and new clients alike.

Creating the new roles of Data Researcher and Strategic Implementer, the firm has reorganised its internal structure to better harness our access to data on our clients and allow our Client Relations Managers to implement even more effective plans.

Data Researcher

novi has always been focused on how the data any business generates online can be used to improve digital marketing, site layout, and more to bring in more visitors and to better convert visitors into customers. By introducing a Data Researcher role we allow our team to delve deeper than ever before, focusing their efforts on putting the Researcher’s findings to use.

Strategic Implementer

The role of a strategic implementer is to work closely with Client Relations Managers, our Dev Team, and our Content Team to make each client’s grand marketing strategy into reality. By putting the implementation into the hands of a specialist, we allow our Client Relations Managers a better opportunity to focus on the data at hand and fine-tune our work.

The results are already clear – we’ve seen a significant uptick in performance for many of our clients, and we expect this trend to continue.
