Junior SEO Job – Account Manager (Apprenticeship) – Exceeds Min. Apprentice Wage

What is SEO? This stands for Search Engine Optimisation and involves optimising a website to ensure further search engine rankings. However we don’t stop here. We focus on ensuring that a website converts visitors in to sales, using comprehensive analysis and website conversion tracking to ensure that a website is not only receiving targeted traffic but most importantly ensuring that the client is converting at the optimum levels. What we are looking for?

The ideal candidate will be able to learn quickly and adapt to change, as the Google algorithm updates frequently and we need to be quick to ensure that we implement the required optimisation methods. You should also possess the following:

  • Excellent ability to understand graphs and interpret data.
  • At least 5 A* to C GCSE Grades including English and Maths.
  • IT or Marketing College Course or A-Level preferred.
  • Experience working in an office environment is a plus.
  • Ability to work as an individual and as part of a team on different occasions.
  • Openness to ask key questions as well as the ability to avoid unnecessary chatter.
  • Keen focus on ensuring that all elements of the role are carried out to the highest standard.
  • We are looking for candidates willing to give commitment for a long term career.

Reporting directly to the managing director you will be in charge of all new business from networking events and face-to-face meetings through to telephone and email communication.

What is required?

  • Ability to work to performance targets rather than simply sales targets.
