We recognise that our clients don’t want a temporary benefit, but a long-term plan which starts strongly and continues to mature over time.
We know that when a business looks for a digital marketing team, they need more than just present-day expertise; they want to be able to lay out their goals and have their marketers work toward these goals efficiently and productively, even as circumstances change and businesses, as well as their marketplaces, evolve.
Everything a person does online – from creating a company website to ‘googling’ on your phone during your commute – leaves a data record somewhere. By watching how people interact with your business online – including when they choose not to engage – we can build up a clear picture of where you stand out and which areas can be improved.
novi.digital practice a holistic, adaptive form of digital marketing rooted in data analysis. We constantly refer back to our growing pool of data, analysing how to lay groundwork for the future and how to take advantage of trends as they evolve.
In 2009, we stood out from an industry which often took actions that would cause trouble in the future for a short-term payoff.
We’re happy to say that in the founding the company, as we’ve watched the natural evolution of the marketplace, we haven’t been content to rest on our laurels or follow the pack; we continue to follow our own unique innovative approach and strive to offer today what everyone will offer tomorrow, while retaining proven and tested business practices which work.
This way of working has stood us in good stead, as our company has grown and continues to grow. In 2017, having celebrated our most successful year to date on many counts, we realised that it was time to take the next step and we realised it was the right time to become novi.digital.
We will continue to adapt and evolve to not only be the company our clients and the marketplace need us to be, but the company our employees need it to be. While what we do will evolve, the reasons behind it and the goal of supporting our employees and customers will remain a constant.
