Learn about the terms and conditions for participating in our client feedback incentive programme.

Thank you for helping us improve your experience.

To ensure the feedback we collect is genuinely helpful, we’ve introduced a small incentive, a £5 credit on your next invoice, for clients who complete our satisfaction survey.

Please note the following terms for eligibility:

Eligibility Criteria

  • The survey must be completed in full.
  • Responses must contain genuine, constructive feedback, not blank or placeholder answers.
  • Feedback must reflect your experience with Novi’s service, team, or results.
  • Each client can claim this incentive once per survey cycle (e.g. once per quarter).
  • The £5 credit will automatically be applied to your next invoice within 14 days of submission.

Why we ask this:

This incentive encourages honest, meaningful feedback that helps our team improve. Quick or empty submissions may not qualify for the discount. We want to ensure that everyone’s input truly helps shape a better client experience.
