Novi.Digital was founded by our Managing Director in 2009. Since then we’ve grown to become a specialist digital agency and leaders in our field. We’ve won a number of awards and been shortlisted for many more. We’ve also managed campaigns for FTSE 250 companies and had opportunity to travel to meet our clients and partners across the country and abroad.

With this said, as exciting as all of this sounds, we wouldn’t have been able to achieve any of this if it wasn’t for the passionate and intelligent team at the core of our business. We say ‘our’ business because this is what it is, novi is ‘our’ company, not just the shareholders, it is a company that everyone takes pride in, it is a company that people want to be a part of, not only clients but candidates too!

At novi, we believe that people are the most important asset and with this in mind, this is exactly why we focus on the things that matter. We don’t try to second-guess the things that you want, instead we ask you what you want. We have developed an Employee Satisfaction Survey (much like our Client Satisfaction Surveys) that help us to spot trends but to also cater to everyone’s individual needs. As an employee of Novi, if you want to focus on a particular area of interest then let us know, we want to create your ideal job. We don’t try to fit you to the job, we try to fit the job to suit you. We also don’t like to use the word ‘staff’, instead we prefer the word team. In novi, everyone matters.

A day in the life of novi…

At Novi we don’t believe in artificial perks, instead we’ve listened and learned to what our team wants and created a list based on feedback from the novi team:

  • Want to work 8am to 4pm or 10am to 6pm instead of 9am to 5pm? At Novi you can. Just let us know your preferences in advance.
  • Work-from-Home for up to 2 days per month. We understand that sometimes you just need peace and quiet in your own home. Just let us know.
  • Unlimited tea and fresh fruit every day. Want a particular type of tea or fruit then we’ll try our best to get it for you.
  • An extra day of holiday every year. At Novi loyalty matters and it goes both ways. We also give 30 days as standard.
  • 2 hours to work on charity work every month. We believe that being a part of novi is akin to doing a job you love.
  • Employee of the week cash prize. Voted for by your colleagues.
  • Your health matters. That’s why we created the Respite policy for taking a break when you need it. We’ll even pay for your flu jabs and eye tests.
  • Constantly Learning We’ve set aside an annual training budget to be used for employee training.
