Novi. Digital was founded by our Managing Director in 2009. Since then, we’ve grown to become a specialist digital agency and leaders in our field. We’ve won several awards and been shortlisted for many more. We’ve also managed campaigns for FTSE 250 companies and had the opportunity to travel to meet our clients and partners across the country and abroad.

With this said, as exciting as all of this sounds, we wouldn’t have been able to achieve any of this if it hadn’t been for the passionate and intelligent team at the core of our business. We say ‘our’ business because this is what it is; novi is ‘our’ company, not just the shareholders; it is a company that everyone takes pride in; it is a company that people want to be a part of, not only clients but candidates too!

Instead, we ask you what you want. We have developed an Employee Satisfaction Survey (much like our Client Satisfaction Surveys) that helps us spot trends and cater to everyone’s needs.   • Want to work 8 am to 4 pm or 10 am to 6 pm instead of 9 am to 5 pm? At Novi, you can. Just let us know your preferences in advance.
  • Work from home. We are a fully-remote team.
  • An extra day of holiday every year. At Novi, loyalty matters, and it goes both ways. We also give 30 days as standard.
  • Health care as standard. Coverage provided by Westfield Health includes MRI and CT scans.
  • Two hours to work on charity work every month. We believe that being a part of novi is akin to doing a job you love.
