The role…

You’ll be responsible for the client relationships! The DMC is highly sought-after position at novi.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the management of several client accounts and their campaigns which will consist of SEO and PPC. As part of the day-to-day responsibilities, you will assist with strategy, reporting, research and implementation of the client’s digital marketing campaigns. The role requires that you have the ability to communicate effectively with the rest of the team and with clients whether this is face-to-face meetings, by phone and via email.

It is also important to our success that we assist our team in every way possible through on-going training and support. As a result, we are keen to find someone that would like to be part of a close-knit team that is willing to learn and develop their skills for a long-term career in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will know the importance of building rapport in order to form a professional relationship. For us it is not just about managing client expectations, it is about exceeding them. It is extremely important that each and every customer is given the highest priority and that they are seen as a long-term client.

As an agency we have a strong client base and reputation with a solid rooting in the digital marketing sector, our primary focus is improving sales and generating business for our clients and we are looking for someone that has that same belief.

Key skills:

• Ability to focus on ensuring that all enquiries are nurtured and properly educated.

• Knowledge of SEO, PPC and Websites is preferred.
• A proven history of being able to use Microsoft Office software and associated applications.
• Preference will be given to those who have held client facing roles.

Ideally, you will also have the following (but this is not essential):

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

• First point of communication with clients.
• Creation and implementation of client strategy.
• Reporting of performance and deliverables to clients.
• Working with Digital Marketing Executive team on service delivery, providing context and support.
• Identifying and taking opportunity for upsells.
• Escalating any potential issues to Team Leaders or Management.
• Monitoring of performance – delegating fixes to the Digital Marketing Executives.
• Commercial awareness of wider opportunities for clients.
• Feedback on novi.digital’s services for opportunities for improvement in client performance and retention.

Essential:

Desirable:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent
• Experience of working in an office environment
• Experience of working in a customer/client facing environment

• Experience of working within a sales environment
• Understanding of SEO, PPC and wider digital marketing
• Experience of working within an an agency environment
