Role: Digital Marketing Executive – Entirely Remote!

Digital Marketing Executives are responsible for the tasks that encompass service delivery including: Research, analysis, audits, implementation, and more. They work with our Digital Marketing Consultants to create service deliverables to agreed deadlines, digital marketing strategy and client expectations. They will act as a secondary point of contact during calls, meetings & DMC absences.

You will be measured on completing all service deliverables and meeting your deadlines. As part of our Implementation team, you will be assisting your fellow Digital Marketing Executives and Digital Marketing Consultants on the smooth delivery and honest reporting that novi.digital clients have come to expect.

It is vital to our success that we assist our team in every way possible through on-going training and support. As a result we are keen to find someone that would like to be part of a close-knit team that is willing to learn and develop their skills for a long-term career in digital marketing. Responsibilities

• Ensuring all monthly deliverables are completed and reported to the Digital Marketing Consultant and wider leadership team.
• Attending calls and meetings, taking minutes and reporting these back to the Digital Marketing Consultant.
• Working on ad-hoc tasks for clients or projects.
• Pursuing all necessary training.
• Acting as secondary point of contact in DMC absence.
• Working with Business Admin team to support in creation of proposals.
• Additional responsibilities to support the continued growth of novi.digital that will be detailed on an individual basis.
• Feedback on novi.digital’s services for opportunities for improvement in client performance and retention.

Criteria

• GCSE Maths & English at least B Grade
• Ability to use initiative
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications proficiently
• A positive and persistent attitude
• Strong maths ability and understanding of percentages
• Good writing skills and be able to write professionally
• Be able to dedicate themselves to the task at hand
• Experience of working in an office environment
• Experience of working in a customer/client-facing environment
• Experience of working within a sales environment
• Experience of working with CRM systems
• Understanding of SEO, PPC and wider digital marketing
• Commercial awareness
