How are helping to bridge the Digital Skills Shortage

There is a digital skills shortage in the UK and many businesses are struggling to fill key roles.

Lancaster and North-West-based digital marketing experts are providing digital marketing training to help solve the digital skills shortage issue.

Commencing in September,, funded by Department for Education (DfE) and in partnership with We Are Digital, are delivering a comprehensive SEO, PPC and Social Media Marketing programme aimed at those wanting to secure a career in Digital Marketing.

Are you 19 or older? Unemployed, looking for a change in careers or looking to start your own digital business? Are you based in the Northwest?

If the answer is yes to all or most of these, then have the solution to help you to achieve your goals.

This 12-week intensive training programme is fully funded for those currently unemployed. For those currently employed, the course is £750 + VAT for employers to pay for each employee put through the course.

At the end of the course, all attendees will have passed several of the Google certifications for Google Analytics and Google Ads, as well as certifications from other providers such as Microsoft and HubSpot. In addition to this, all participants that complete the course will be presented with a novi certification and be interviewed for an internship with commencing in 2022.

Aaron Crewe, Managing Director says, “our aim is to upskill at least 30-participants, creating a higher-calibre of digital marketer and in turn helping digital entrepreneurs to flourish and businesses to grow.”

Digital Marketing skills are in high demand, and the course will open up many opportunities for those wanting to start a new career.”
